This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. A sample of 100 married couples (N = 200) was recruited through social media and community networks. Participants completed a standardized questionnaire assessing marital quality, communication, emotional support, and mood. The quantitative analysis revealed significant correlations between marital quality, communication, emotional support, and mood. Specifically, higher levels of marital quality and emotional support were associated with better mood, while effective communication and conflict resolution strategies were linked to improved marital satisfaction.
